You and your family are invited to join the celebration of the Bicentenary of the Gospel Message in New Zealand; the message that has helped shape culture, laws, democracies, values, communities and people’s lives for 2000 years.
We invite you to join the Church Trail on Sunday 23 November 1 – 4pm when your seven local churches will be producing a variety of displays and activities that have or continue to have an impact on our local community. This will culminate in a combined service at the Abundant Life Church at 4.30pm followed by the children’s art competition prize giving and a light meal. This event is free.
Church activities will include: Historical displays; photographs and books: music and art: a quilting display: a choir recital from our local “Kumeu Blend”: various children’s activities: sausage sizzles: trail quiz and more. We will be celebrating our past and the people who contributed to it, by enriching our beautiful district through their faithful service.
